HR Administrator - Reckitt

Description : HR Administrator. Company : Reckitt. Location : Remote in Sydney NSW 2000

Reporting into our HR Director, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the HR team and broader business, based at our state-of-the-art head offices on George Street, Sydney. Working with a business that houses some of Australia’s most iconic household brands, you will form a key part of our HR ‘engine room’ alongside our experienced & high performing HR team.



This is multifaceted role which is suited to an individual that is highly organised and can administer, maintain and co-ordinate HR activities across the different functions in HR - Business Partnering, Talent, Payroll, Rewards and Talent Acquisition.

In this role you will..

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and HR Director including but not limited to invoice management, data analysis, ad-hoc reporting.
  • Support the HR team with updating policies and procedures
  • Review budgets and process invoices, ensuring all costs are correct
  • Support the HR Analyst in maintaining our HR information systems
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters and other correspondence as required
  • Ensure all new employees are set up in payroll and onboarding documentation is received and filed
  • Co-ordinate the learning and development calendar, including company orientation program
  • Maintain the Learning Management System
  • Contribute to other HR Projects and initiatives as required

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation
  • The ability to pick up new processes, systems, and knowledge quickly
  • A passion to build effective working relationships and work as part of a team whilst delivering excellent customer service


Our preferred candidate has significant experience in HR operations support and contracts administration, but most importantly has a positive nature, can do attitude, is able to work in an agile manner & enjoys working as part of a friendly, collaborative, and high performing team.
